1. Native speaker of Chinese;

2. Zeal for educating young children;

3. Energetic and outgoing personality;

4. Teamwork spirit;

5. Flexible and excited about learning another culture;

6. Clear diction and good classroom management skills;

7. Bachelor’s degree or above, Teacher License, TESL/TEFL Certificate, or other teaching-related certificate or experience preferred;

8. Ready to commit to an one-year contract.
