Principal/Vice Principal

1. Responsible for the execution of the school’s vision statement and management system.

2. Responsible for the modification of the school’s management system and work plans; oversees the implementation of the school’s rules and regulations; coordinates the school’s daily operations.

3. Safeguards the school’s interests; guarantees the normal function of the school; responsible for public relations.

4. Responsible for the management and execution of the overall curriculum design of the school.

5. Responsible for teacher training, teacher appointment and dismissal.

6. Responsible for the school budget and the regular assessment of the school’s financial balance sheet.

7. Responsible for regular staff meetings, teacher meetings and parent meetings.

8. Responsible for the planning and coordination of the annual school-wide activities and community outreach.

9. Responsible for the annual evaluation and merit assessment of teachers, staff, and student volunteers.

10. Responsible for school announcements and notifications.

11. Responsible for managing the school’s official files and documents.

 

Treasurer

1. Responsible for the procurement of necessary teaching equipment and materials.

2. Balances accounts and provides reports on a monthly basis.

3. Manages the costs and fees associated with student registration and enrollment.

4. Responsible for teacher pay and other related payments on the last school day of each month.

5. Creates quarterly Income and Expenditure accounts.

6. Responsible for all the necessary procedures and documents for the annual financial review.

 

Academic Dean

1. Responsible for the implementation of the school’s curriculum.

2. Responsible for the purchasing of Chinese textbooks.

3. Responsible for teacher qualification evaluation.

4. Responsible for completing the teaching schedules for all grades a month before the school year starts.

5. Facilitates and coordinates the communications among teachers of different grades, gathering teachers’ feedback, and coming up with feasible proposals.

6. Organizes school-wide teaching and teaching-related activities.

 

Administrative Assistant

1. Assists in the school’s daily operations and manages the school files.

2. Answers students’ and parents’ questions regarding registration, courses, textbooks, etc.

3. Compiles student rosters and teacher listings; manages students’ class enrollment, transfer and withdrawal.

4. Manages teacher, staff and parent contact information.

5. Manages and regularly updates the school website, mailbox and bulletin board.

6. Manages school files and updates records.

7. Assists teachers in managing student attendance and progress reports.

8. Assists the teaching staff in creating standard forms and templates.

9. Assists the teaching staff in organizing activities.
